Express Couriers Limited - The international operations of New Zealand Post. Primarily offers courier, warehousing and distribution services through CourierPost, Pace and Contract Logistics.

Kiwibank - Offers financial services to customers. Other services include:

  • New Zealand Home Loans - a home loan and insurance provider.
  • Kiwi Wealth KiwiSaver Scheme - provides funds management services.
  • Kiwi Insurance - offers Kiwibank’s Home Loan Insurance and Life & Living Insurance.

Reachmedia - a joint venture for digital marketing.
