The stapled group trades as a single entity on the Australian Securities Exchange under the code VCX. The responsible entity of the Vicinity Centres Trust is Vicinity Centres RE Ltd. 

Vicinity Centres provides a full suite of property services including retail development and operation, property management and leasing. The company currently has a direct portfolio interest in 63 shopping centres and manages 34 strategic partner assets, with 29 of them co-owned by Vicinity.

The Vicinity Centres brand was formed as the result of a merger between Federation Centres and Novion Property Group in November 2015. The group has offices in Brisbane, Perth, Sydney and Melbourne and currently has approximately $27 billion worth of shopping centres under management.
