Wanneroo City Council is the local government body responsible for setting the vision and strategic direction for the City of Wanneroo. The City of Wanneroo is in the northern suburbs of the Western Australian capital city of Perth. The City covers an area of approximately 684 sq kms and has a population of over 188,800. The City of Waneroo is one of the fastest growing areas in Australia. Wanneroo City Council is divided into four wards - Central, Coastal, North and South wards. The Council consists of a Mayor and 15 elected Councillors.
