City of Charles Sturt is the local government body responsible for setting the vision and strategic direction for the Charles Sturt region. The council administers an area of approximately 56 square kilometres and is located west of Adelaide’s CBD. City of Charles Sturt is divided into eight wards each comprising of two councillors. The council employs approximately 455 people and is headquartered in Woodville, South Australia.
