Products and services include engine and powertrain maintenance, new components and parts, power generation design & construction, technical support and professional engineering services. Brands include AxleTech, Dana, Kessler, Sage Energy, Hedemora Diesel and HS Turbochargers.


  • Gemco Rail - specialises in the remanufacture and repair of locomotives, wagons, bearings and other rail products for rail operators and maintainers.


  • CERT - Centre for Excellence in Rail Training provides specialist rail training, including the provision of competency based training, issuing certificates of competency, incident investigation training, security training, first aid training and management of apprenticeship and trainee schemes to major infrastructure and rail clients throughout Australia.


  • Momentum - provider of personal and project management services to freight rail and mining infrastructure managers. It also provides labour hire, training, certification and professional recruitment services in the rail infrastructure industries.


  • DataHawk – provides technological solutions for any stage of the railway development.
