Development Victoria is engaged in the facilitation of major projects operated on surplus government land. Surplus land that is slated for development is either directly controlled by the State of Victoria, its government agencies or local councils.

  • Projects - Concerned with the development or redevelopment of land and buildings for use by the local community. Noteworthy projects include the renovation of Flinders Street Station, the Palais Theatre and the development of Docklands.
