This facility refines crude oil into petrol, bio fuel, diesel, jet fuel and other specialty products such as liquid petroleum gas (LPG). These products are supplied through various methods such as pipelines, depots, terminals and fleets.

  • Marketing

Caltex's marketing activities include the operation of service stations and convenience stores, branded Caltex Woolworths and Star Mart. These service stations retail fuel, automotive products, groceries, fast foods and other goods while some offer automotive service and car wash facilities. Over 1,100 of the sites are owned or leased by the company, with the remainder operated by franchisees or independent resellers.

  • Other Products and Services

Caltex offers business services such as online account management, to order products and obtain pricing information and engineering consulting, pertaining to training and coolant, grease, oil and hydrocarbon management. Caltex also operates reselling depots across Australia and Caltex branded payment options such as StarCard, StarFleet and PayPump.
