Overview

Northern Health is a government owned organisation, established under the Health Service (Government and Accountability) Act 2004. The group, which administers over five hospitals and health centres in Victoria, employs approximately 2,700 people, and is headquartered at the Northern Hospital in Epping, Victoria.

Northern Health is a public health service provider for the local government areas of Banyule, Darebin, Hume, Nillumbik, Whittlesea and Moreland. Northern Health is the presiding body over five hospitals and health centres that include:

  • Panch Health Service
  • The Northern Hospital
