Return To Work Corporation of South Australia is an employer-funded statutory authority that provides protection to South Australian workers and employers in the event of workplace injury. The authority is constituted under the Return to Work Act 2014 with a board appointed by the Governor of South Australia on the recommendation of the responsible minister.   • Weekly payments of income maintenance
  • Medical and associated costs related to the injury or illness
  • Lump sum compensation for non-economic loss (permanent impairment)
