Insurance Commission of Western Australia is a state government organisation that generates its revenue from the provision of motor vehicle third party insurance. The organisation also provides Western Australian Government departments and agencies with claims management, risk management, and reinsurance services.   • Motor Injury Insurance - Provides motor vehicle injury insurance for over 1.8 million drivers and over 2.8 million vehicles.
  • Risk Cover - Provides workers compensation and commercial cover to departments and agencies of the Western Australian Government.
  • Other Insurances - Manages several self-insurance and claims functions on behalf of the State government, including Industrial Diseases insurance and the Former Police Officers' Medical Benefits Scheme.
