Overview

University of South Australia (UniSA) is a State Government-owned institution which generates the majority of its revenue from the provision of higher education in Australia. UniSA has over 32,000 students enrolled and is headquartered in Adelaide. The university employs over 2,500 people and operates a number of campuses, including City West, City East, Magill, Whyalla and regional campuses.  

The University of South Australia owns and operates six campuses; City East, City West, Magill, Mawson Lakes, Whyalla and Mt Gambier. UniSA offers both undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the following fields:

  • Business and Law
  • Education, Arts and Social Sciences
  • Health Sciences
  • Information Technology, Engineering and the Environment

In addition, the university also operates UniSa College, performs research and offers vocational education courses and community services including various health clinics.
