Steel - This division manufactures and distributes steel products, including structural steel, cladding, wire and pipe. The Steel division's brands are CSP Coating Systems, Dimond, Pacific CoilCoaters, Stramit Building Products, Pacific Steel Group, Fletcher Easysteel, Fletcher Reinforcing and Sims Pacific Metals, a 50% joint venture with Sims Group.
Construction - This division provides a variety of general contracting services throughout New Zealand and the South Pacific. Units within this division are Building, providing construction services for a variety of commercial buildings; Infrastructure, providing contracting services for water, power, and transport projects; South Pacific, contracting for various organisations in the Pacific; and Fletcher EQR, specifically set up to manage the reconstruction of residential homes in Christchurch. The construction division's brands include Fletcher Construction and Fletcher Residential.
Crane Group - This division manufactures and distributes plastic pipeline systems, operates the Tradelink retail network of plumbing supplies stores, the Hudson Buildings Supplies retail chain, the New Zealand plumbing, electrical and safety supplies retail group CDNZ as well as the industrial products suppliers Austral Wright Metals and Mico Metals and Crane Copper Tube, a copper tube manufacturing plant located in Penrith, New South Wales.
