Australian National Hotels Pty Ltd

This entity holds the licences for the Network Gaming and for the Wrest Point Hotel Casino. Network Gaming is responsible for the infrastructure and management of gaming in pubs and clubs throughout Tasmania. Network Gaming leases Tasmania's s gaming machines and keno equipment to hotels and clubs. Operations include all machines located in Federal Group owned hotels and casinos, and Oasis poker machines located in pubs and bars. Wrest Point Hotel Casino, located in Sandy Bay, Hobart, was the first Casino in the southern hemisphere.

Tasmanian Country Club Casino Pty Ltd

This entity holds the licence for the north Tasmanian casino, Country Club Tasmania. Also includes the operations of Country Club Resort and Country Club Villas.

Vantage Hotel Group

This entity was established to purchase hotel operations. The Vantage Hotel Group owns and operates hotels including - Claremont Hotel, Waterfront Hotel, Hotel Federal, Hotel Tasmania, Molly Malones, Derwent Tavern, Brooker Inn, Hotel Valern, Elwick Hotel, St Ives, and Derwent Park Cellars.
