CERT - Centre for Excellence in Rail Training provides specialist rail training, including the provision of competency based training, issuing certificates of competency, incident investigation training, security training, first aid training and management of apprenticeship and trainee schemes to majour infrastructure and rail clients throughout Australia.
Momentum - provider of personal and project management services to freight rail and mining infrastructure managers.
Coote Logistics - provides specialised road transportation and port logistics services. This segment has recenly been sold off.
Coote Investments - comprises miscellaneous investments and shareholdings.
Greentrains - leases rollingstock to freight rail operators throughout Australia.
All Other Segments - includes the parent entity and consolidation / elimination adjustments.
